Get a workout in before heading to spring training or hiking Skyline park both just minutes away. Endless trails in this vacation community. Sleeps 6-8 Community has 2 additional pools and 2 PGA golf courses to choose from. The space We do keep 3 additional bedrooms and the garage locked and off limits to guests. There are 2 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, 3 showers, loft, kitchen and office available for your stay. The yard and pool is all yours to enjoy. Downstairs bedroom: 1 bedroom and bathroom (standing shower, not a tub) on 1st floor. The bath is connected to the bedroom. Great if you can’t do stairs. No stairs for this room. Upstairs bedroom: 1 bedroom upstairs on second floor with connected bathroom. This bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Loft area: upstairs loft area serves a tv room with 2 large couches. We have a blow up queen bed you can set up here for the kiddos or extra family members. Kitchen - fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. Coffee pot and filters Crock pot Waffle maker Griddle Gas stove Gas oven Gas cooktop Blender / smoothie maker Baking pans Utensils Hair Dryer Guest access Pool area, 3 patios (front, side yard, backyard), 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room, office, loft and kitchen. Other things to note The pool can be heated in the cooler months for you. It is an additional $50 a day to heat the pool for 5 hour Az the pool temperature raises approx 2 degrees per hour. paid in advanced. There are 3 bedrooms (5 bedroom house) locked , some closets locked for owner use only. The garage is also locked. Please do not attempt to enter the rooms or break the locks to enter the rooms. You will be charged $1,000 for breaking locks and entering rooms. (House Rules)
