The Bunk House

A quaint place in the country backed up to a working Cattle Ranch and Farm. Come relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets on the back patio! The space Two bedrooms with two full baths. Full kitchen and laundry. Living room has a futon that will sleep two. WiFi with streaming services on the TV. Access to the whole house, with exception to one locked storage closet. Guest access Covered parking for 2 cars and additional room for 2 more cars to park on the property. Other things to note Although located in the country, we are a short drive to Cane Hill's Historic area, Prairie Grove's Antique District, Battlefield Park & Museum, Bud Kidd Lake and Lincoln Lake. A little further is Devils Den State Park, Lake Fort Smith, UofA in Fayetteville and so much more! We love our furry friends! Well behaved pets are welcome. We ask that pets stay off furniture, please. We do not have a fenced in yard. The neighbors across the way have fenced in dogs. Keep in mind we are out in the country. Their dogs are fenced in, however they do bark. We will a leave binder with house rules and tourist info. Thank you for respecting of our rental : )
