The space This cheerful home offers two queen beds and a bunkbed with plush bedding as well as a futon and couch in the common area. There is a laundry room in the garage for our guest's convenience. The backyard is private and fenced in. Yoder's Fresh Market as well as Publix are nearby to grab groceries and Downtown Sarasota has an amazing assortment of restaurants. Check out our guidebook to view our favorite local spots and activities. Guest access Guests have access to all areas and spaces except one locked cabinet. There's free driveway parking with enough space to fit at least 3 cars. Other things to note **Quiet time after 10pm **No loud parties We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Items included in the starter kit are toilet paper, small toiletries, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry soap. This home has weekly lawn maintenance so please be advised that someone will enter the property at times for these purposes.
