It has small town charm with Wi-Fi , outdoor decks, pecan-trees and beautiful sunsets! 5 minute drive to Sam Rayburn lake or 15 minutes to activities in Lufkin or Nacogdoches. This is truly a cabin in the woods, quiet charm and ample space to get away from it all! The space Completely refurbished old home, all new appliances, furniture and beds. Quality water filter system for delicious water throughout house. Great sitting-sun porch and an open air back porch on a full acre! Enjoy, and pick pecans and pears when the wildlife leaves you some. Weber pit available and a dollar store nearby to get charcoal etc! Have more family? “Morton house” next door sleeps 6-8. Guest access Plenty of parking in front or pull that boat inside the double gates for security. Have hosted crews with several boats on trailers. Other things to note While the Wi-Fi is the best you can get in the area, we are in the country and it can be spotty. If you need super fast Wi-Fi, this may not be the best choice for you . Recently was able to upgrade to 60 Mbps fiber optic internet speed, which should be better for streaming and 3-5 devices. The home does have a metal roof though. Need more room for family?
