The space Welcome to our cozy basement apartment! This space is our rental unit and also a place our family uses when visiting, so it’s set up to feel like home. Please note that we live upstairs, so you might occasionally see us in the front or backyard—feel free to say hi! Since we live above, you may hear some footsteps from time to time, but we do our best to be as quiet as possible. As you enter, you'll find a comfortable living room with a sectional sofa, TV, and a heated fireplace you can turn on or off at any time. The king bedroom is located to the right of the entrance, and the second bedroom is just across the living room near the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig coffee machine for your morning brew. You'll also find utensils, pots, pans, plates, and cups ready for your use. We hope you enjoy your stay in our cozy and relaxing space! Guest access Guests may park on the side of our carport or use available street parking. The entrance to the rental unit is located at the back of the house. After parking, walk through the carport and down the stairs to the backyard. The entrance will be on your right at the bottom of the stairs. You’ll receive a message or email with your personalized code for the main entrance door before your stay.
