Guest access As our guest, you will have access to the entire property during your stay. This includes the entire cottage, the surrounding grounds, and all of the amenities that we offer. The cottage is spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable furnishings and everything you need to feel right at home. You'll have access to all of the rooms in the cottage, including the bedrooms, living areas, and kitchen. Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and take advantage of our outdoor amenities. This includes fire pits for cozy campfires, a BBQ for outdoor cooking, and comfortable seating areas for relaxing and enjoying the stunning scenery. You'll also have access to all of the recreational amenities that we offer, including board games, books, and a SmartTV for entertainment. Overall, you'll have full access to everything that the property has to offer, giving you the freedom and flexibility to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Other things to note Guests are requested to bring their own linen, blankets and toiletries. This 4 season cottage has a furnace, A/C and a gas fireplace. Septic System: Everyone must be aware of the care and maintenance of this system to prevent any unpleasant and expensive issues. Only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. Absolutely no sanitary napkins or wipes of any kind should be flushed. The maximum occupancy is based on the capacity of the septic system and therefore no additional guests are allowed. No lifeguard on the beach. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed on the Front Door/Porch, Driveway, Backdoor and Backyard. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.
