Come stay in our clean, beautiful, and spacious 2 bed 2 bath guest suite. Located in central Fort Collins, this space is less than a mile from CSU and Canvas Stadium, 5 minute drive to Old Town, and within walking distance to restaurants, coffee, Spring Creek bike trail, and Spring Park. The space The guest suite is attached to our main house with a separate entrance through the backyard. It includes: Kitchenette - coffee maker and electric kettle - microwave - toaster oven - fridge and freezer **please note, due to city zoning regulations, there is a 2 burner hotplate only, no oven** Living area - Apple TV streaming box with Amazon Prime Video and local TV channels - couch that pulls out to full bed - dining area with large table for eating or working Master Bedroom - king bed and memory foam mattress - dresser and wardrobe stand - large master en-suite with jacuzzi tub and essentials provided Second Bedroom - queen bed and memory foam mattress - closet and dresser - pack and play - second bathroom with shower located off of main room Laundry room - available upon advanced request - laundry detergent provided - shared space with our family Backyard - Guests have separate entrance on back patio - shared space with us and our 4 small children - fire pit and barbecue available for use - patio table and chairs Guest access Guests have access to entire guest suite, back yard and laundry room (upon request). Parking is available on left side of driveway or in front of house. Guest entrance is a walkway on side and back of house with 4 stairs up to the entrance. To access the Airbnb entrance you must cross the back patio which is a shared space. You will likely see our family either outside or in our kitchen which faces the patio. Other things to note *This guest suite is attached to the back part of our family home. We have 4 small children so please expect that you will hear typical family noises. Please also expect that you will see us in the yard playing, enjoying the patio, and coming and going from our home during your stay. We will be as respectful of your space as possible. *Due to city zoning requirements, the unit has a 2 burner hot plate but no oven. *The TV allows for guests to access their own account for Netflix, Disney+, HBO, etc. We provide Amazon Prime Video and local channels only (no cable). *There are 2 outdoor security cameras on the property. These monitor the driveway and the Airbnb entrance/back patio. *Laundry room is located in a shared room which includes a half bathroom. Half bath is not for use by guests. Registration details 612824
