The Essentials: - Brand new kitchen appliances and smart Mesh WiFi - New 4K Smart TVs with complimentary Disney+ and Hulu - Full AC/heating for all living areas and rooms with Nest Smart Thermostat - Fully stocked kitchen with supplies - Fully stocked bathrooms - Pack & play crib for your little ones For Fun: - Star-gazing heated hot tub with mountain view inside private wood deck - Outdoor fire pit (Firewood is NOT provided for liability reason. Feel feel to pick up some from nearby stores. Please use with caution and do not leave burning unattended.) - Modern pool table in the sun room - 2 hammocks on deck/yard to enjoy sunset and views - Note that we have a Ring flood camera outside of the garage.
