Bring the whole gang to this great place with lots of room for fun and relaxation. Owned as a vacation home by multiple generations, this farmhouse has so much charm! There are antiques from the 1800's to mid-century modern to be found in every room. This 4-bedroom house is perfect for family get togethers as it comfortably sleeps 10 in beds and is near Jay Peak water park, golf and mountain biking. There are wonderful hiking trails, swimming holes cycling routes nearby. The kitchen has all that you need to prepare meals for a large group. After cooking together, break bread with family and friends at the large dining room table. We provide olive oil, salt and pepper. We also provide coffee and sugar, a sweet treat and the ingredients for a simple spaghetti supper. Enjoy plenty of seating while you relax, play cards or chat with one and other in the living room. The office is equipped with a futon, desk and chair and a smart television with Netflix, Hulu and Disney+. The bathroom down stairs has a small, stall shower. The washer and dryer are also located in the bathroom. All of the bedrooms have new blackout blinds, new duvets and 100% Egyptian Cotton sheets to help ensure a great nights sleep. Downstairs there is a bedroom with a queen bed with a new mattress. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, with a king size bed with a new mattress and a claw foot tub. The second upstairs bedroom has a full size bed. The third upstairs bedroom has four twin beds. There is a half bath upstairs as well as a small sitting area. Please understand that this is an old farmhouse with antique furnishings. While we guarantee that the house is extremely clean, if you are very sensitive to must or mildew, this house may not be the best choice for you. I live 20 minutes from the property so I can be available if any issues arise. I am also available by phone or through the airbnb app. This property is in rural Vermont. A car is necessary to get around. During winter months, an AWD vehicle with snow tires is strongly recommended. Excellent, high-speed internet makes working remotely a breeze.
