Cozy, Private Cabin - 2 Minutes from the Lifts

Experience the beauty of the Majestic View Cabin! This secluded home is nestled among aspen & pine trees, offering stunning, unobstructed views right from your window. Beautifully decorated in a mountain cabin style, you'll feel miles away from the city, yet all the essential amenities are still close. A small grocery store is within walking distance, and the slopes are just a minute's drive away. This cabin perfectly balances seclusion with easy access to everything Brian Head offers. The space The Majestic View Cabin showcases vaulted ceilings with large windows and amazing views of Brian Head Mountain, and even into the valley below! You can actually see I-15 at night from the cabin window. Although it's not a ski-in, ski-out cabin, the privacy and proximity to the lifts make it a perfect combination for your next ski trip. Your own private driveway, nestled amongst the aspen and pine trees, and an unobstructed view that will be sure to take your breath away. You can sit in the hot tub or relax with a cup of coffee in the morning and stare out into the beauty right outside the cabin. It is about a 2-minute drive from the cabin to both of the main chair lifts. If you are looking for something that is more walkable, conveniently, there is a free shuttle that departs throughout the day and is a couple minutes' walk at best from the cabin. So you can walk from the cabin to the shuttle, and be there hassle-free! Kids ready to take a break? Let them take the shuttle back to the cabin and you can continue to hit the slopes! BUT, you'll have all the privacy of a mountain cabin and not have to fight the crowds or look right into someone else's cabin window. Layout - 3 levels total, which include 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a half bath, and a 2-car garage. Each private room has a smart TV that you can log in, or access the internet. There is a lso a big screen TV in the loft area for movie night or playing video games on. We've even had guests watch the Super Bowl there! :) The garage is on the ground floor and has access to the guest room with 2 twin beds and the full bathroom. The laundry room is also on that ground floor. The main floor has the open living room with a fireplace, the kitchen and dining area with a telescope, and a main bathroom next to the master bedroom (King bed) and the main guest bedroom (Queen Bed). The stairs from the main floor with then take you to the loft area which has a half-bath, sitting/reading area, tv/lounge room, and the couch, which has a pull-out bed. There is also the air mattress that is in the loft, which we will sometimes put by the sitting area so we can fit more people in the loft space. The loft also has a secret kids' playroom! No adults allowed, though! Be sure to plug in the lights there and have fun with signing, or watching the lights change. The loft TV area also has the gaming system which has a collection of over 1,000 games from the retro NES all the way up to the PS1. Tons of fun if you're into gaming! The unique draw about this property compared to other cabins on the mountain is the privacy and the views. It's tucked away from the main road and has a private drive so it feels like you are all by yourself in the mountains. You're surrounded by aspen and pine tree, and the views are also some of the best in Brian Head. You'll see red rocks, the canyon, and you can see down into the Parowan Valley. Sunrises and sunsets are so special and inspiring! The property line does extend down the hill on the back, so feel free to explore down there. There is a small creek at the bottom of the hill tucked away to the northeast down that canyon that can be a fun hike/walk. The Gurr Well Road connects you back up to Circle Drive from below, so you can do a loop back up to the cabin. We use it personally as well, so we are always trying to make sure we have everything other than the clothes and toiletries that you need to bring to enjoy an amazing stay here! Some of the items are only available/accessible during certain seasons, so please message with any questions or to confirm the availability of any of these items. Guest access All of the cabin is accessible except the two small linen closets in the loft (personal items), and the garage closet. We do use the property for personal use, so please be respectful of any decorations or any other personal items you see, as we do try to make it as open and welcoming as possible with any guests. If something does end up broken or damaged, please let us know, and we'll work with you to make it right and either get it fixed or replaced. We understand accidents happen, but letting us know sooner rather than later allows us to remedy the situation as best as possible. Other things to note Hot tub! Sleds for the family!
