Brand new apartment in historic Carlsberg district

New apartment (2021) in Carlsbergbyen – a vibrant neighborhood with modern architecture and historic charm. Close to Frederiksberg & Vesterbro with cafés, restaurants, shops and the Zoo all within walking distance. Carlsberg station (300 m) takes you to the Central Station every 5 minutes. The apartment offers modern amenities and is the perfect base for exploring Copenhagen. The space Our apartment is bright and functional thanks to the large windows and modern design – yet still cozy and welcoming. As a Danish-German family, with our Danish relatives living in Copenhagen, we often stay here and love having a home right in the heart of the city. Everything in the apartment is brand new – from the kitchen and bathroom to all appliances – ensuring a high standard for a comfortable and easy stay. What we love most is the location in Carlsbergbyen. The neighborhood is fully developed and offers a unique mix of modern architecture and historic buildings on the former brewery grounds. Today it’s a lively area with cozy cafés, award-winning bakeries, specialty shops and restaurants of all kinds – all just outside the door. There are also green spaces, playgrounds and charming squares to explore, while Frederiksberg Gardens, the Zoo and the vibrant Vesterbro district are only a short walk away. For us, the apartment is both a place to relax and the perfect base to discover Copenhagen – and we look forward to sharing it with our guests. Guest access t is important to us that our guests feel at home in our apartment! Apart from a few places where we keep personal belongings, you are welcome to use everything in the apartment during your stay. The usual household basics (toilet paper, spices, tea, coffee, shampoo, etc.) are also available for you to use. Since we live in Germany, we will not be on site during your stay. However, we will prepare the apartment so that you can settle in easily and feel comfortable from the start. In case of emergencies, we can also arrange help on site, as we have a large network of family and friends in Copenhagen
