Overview Enjoy 2,450 square feet of split-level living on a 10,000 square foot lot with stunning sunsets over Mount Tamalpais and beautiful morning sunlight filling the vaulted kitchen. This airy home offers multiple spaces to congregate, relax, work-from-home, or individuate. It is situated in an ideal location: proximate to Tilden and Wildcat Parks and near multiple vibrant commercial and transit corridors (minutes from BART, I-80, and I-580). Kitchen The kitchen features a vaulted ceiling and built-in breakfast nook, newer appliances, dishwasher, filtered water/ice, split oven, and 5-burner gas range. It is fully-equipped with cast iron and stainless steel cookware and other amenities. Living Spaces The main floor has a spacious living room with a 9’ window overlooking the western sky and San Francisco Bay. The dining room features French doors that lead to a deck perched above the backyard where kids can jump on a 12' trampoline (at their own risk!). The Weber grill and outdoor deck furniture offer the perfect space to enjoy sunset dinners. Bedrooms and Bathrooms Up just a few stairs from the main level, you’ll find a full bathroom and two additional rooms. Bedroom 1: Has an organic queen mattress, Restoration Hardware sleigh bed, and bay window with views of the Bay and Mt. Tamalpais. Office: Main WFH office (i.e., no bed), with Eastern-facing bay window. BOTH upstairs rooms are WFH ready, with Varidesk Pro-Plus 36” Sit/Stand stations, 24” Dell HDMI monitors, and Humanscale Freedom Headrest office chairs. There is also a HP printer and cross-cut shredder in the main office. Downstairs from the main level leads to more open space, the laundry room, 3 additional bedrooms, and a large bathroom. Bedroom 2: Can be furnished with an organic Earthsake twin bed and/or crib with an organic mattress. Bedroom 3: Has a queen-sized organic European Sleepworks bed. Bedroom 4: Is a master suite that has been curtained off for privacy (no door or wall separates it from the other half of a large, multi-purpose room). It features a king-sized organic European Sleepworks mattress, goose-down comforter, and French doors that open to the lower-level backyard. Bathroom: Recently remodeled full bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and three shower heads, tiled floor, bidet, ample built-in closet space, and LED lighting. There’s a Billiards table that is pushed off to one side of the multi-purpose room that 4-5 adults could move back into the center of the room. There’s plenty of storage space as well. Other Details Washer, dryer, tankless hot water heater, ample on/off-street parking, 100 Mbps WiFi Internet, 40” LG SmartTV, monthly gardener. Owners live nearby. We are usually available via phone, text, or email. The home owners are nearby in case of an emergency (we have their permission to sub-lease the home for the summer).
