The space The Studio at Villa Aqua is a studio apartment under the main house, right across the street from the beach, south of Frederiksted. The beach’s name is Dorsch Beach. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets, shaded areas, and pristine water that’s great for swimming, snorkeling and diving. We often see sea turtles swimming around. Enjoy a relaxing and calm environment close to town and area attractions - historic Frederiksted, Rainbow Beach, Cane Bay Dive shop, Polly’s at the Pier, The Fred hotel, Sandcastles Cafe, Tap Deck Bar & Billiards, Six Nine Restaurant, Louie & Nacho Beach Bar, Turtle's Deli, Smoke BBQ, Caribbean Museum Center for the Arts, Love & Light boutique shop, Ci Bo Ne restaurant, Nep2une Diving, Rhythms at Rainbow Beach, Estate Mt Washington, Ridge To Reef Farm, Mt Victory Eco Camp, and Sandy Point National Wildlife Refuge (open Saturdays and Sundays only from 10 am to 4 pm, Sept 1 to March 30). Frederiksted Health Care (FHC) clinic is also a 7 min walk from the property. This studio is perfect for a couple, or couple with one child, or a group of three, as we have the king bed and an extra long twin bed. Enjoy the view sitting outside in the garden while eating, having a drink, or working remotely. Take advantage of the concrete platform and do some yoga or exercises with a view of the beach and water. Or sit around the garden at night and enjoy star gazing.
