Updated Mid-Century Modern apartment located on 1st floor of two family home in the heart of Long Beach's West End. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, grocery store, liquor store, 24 hour deli and all essentials. Two parking spaces in rear of house included or take the bus from the train station (LIRR) and be dropped off at the corner of our street. During summer access to shared rear patio with table, BBQ, daybed and lounge chairs and incl all beach toys and 2 beach passes. The space Ground level apartment; front entrance does not have stairs and has standard width doors. Rear door to access patio/parking area has 3 steps. **Please note that the CEILING HEIGHT IS LESS THAN 8 FEET (79.5 inches) as is typical for many of the un-raised homes in the West End of Long Beach. This may not be suitable for very tall individuals. Tile floor throughout with area rugs. Guest access 2 parking spaces available in the rear of property (essential, especially in the summer, as street parking is VERY difficult). Parking will be the space on the far right and can fit 2 cars deep. Guests can also get to the property by train (Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) Long Beach stop and then either take the bus to the West End which drops you off at the corner of our street or take a cab/ride share. House is very walkable to many restaurants/bars, with the grocery store, deli and liquor store located at the end of the street. Other things to note House equipped with smart lock via August app. You must enter through the front entrance to access the apartment.
