Rental unit in Standish

Come stay at this quiet and cozy waterfront 1-bedroom apartment on Sebago Lake. The unit is above the garage attached the main house with a separate entrance and parking. Access to the water is off the dock. Sit down on the dock or on the lower deck with 4 bar height seats and table. Two kayaks & lake floats provided. A boat mooring is also available if needed. Front yard has seating with a fire pit with beautiful views of the lake. Summer months of July & August have a 3 night minimum. The space Open concept living room & kitchen. Living room has futon for guests. Separate bedroom and bathroom. Each room has heating and cooling units. If only 2 people please let me know in advance if futon needs to be made into an additional bed. Guest access Parking for two vehicles (tandem)on left side of garage next to entrance. Other things to note Use of 2 kayaks and boat mooring if needed.
