Great home in a great neighborhood, 2 miles from downtown Ocean Springs and 2 1/2 miles from the beach. When you take a break from fun downtown activities play some pool, grill some steaks or seafood, or just 1/2 mile down the residential roads is a beautiful Cheers-like restaurant/bar called Capones and another elegant bar in the Historic Gulf Hills Hotel called Sunset Lounge. Elvis Presley and Al Capone stomped around here in their early days. Google photos of Elvis skiing on Fort Bayou! The space Pretty room with slight water view. My son named it the Regal Room😁. Even though you have private access to a huge beautiful kitchen, you have a private refrigerator, microwave, coffee pod maker and toaster in your bedroom. You have exclusive access to a bathroom with a jacuzzi garden tub with a shower. It is a step up garden tub so if there are mobility issues my home may not be a fit for you. You have a huge billiard room that is also an art gallery of a known local Ocean Springs artist. Many guests have become excited to learn they can play a nice assortment of vinyl while they hang out in the billiard room. You are getting 1/2 the house, 1700 sq ft, privately. Your 1/2 is locked away from the other and no one will enter your area during your stay. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of white wine, coffee pods, bottled waters, a couple sodas, candy, and snacks. The bedroom room is Alexa Smart! No Smoking inside. This listing only accommodates lodging for 2 Adults. Guest access You park under a private carport and have a coded private entrance just steps away from your vehicle. Other things to note The bathroom has a Step up Garden Jacuzzi Tub. This may be an obstacle to someone with physical limitations.
