Other things to note The apartment has the ability to accommodate a variety of guests, including children & pets. There is a $100 pet fee to help with additional cleaning as we do a deeper cleaning after pets have been in the apartment. The couch in the living room area does turn into a bed. Extra bedding for this will be provided upon request. Please keep in mind that The Place off Broad is located in Downtown Rome, which has a very active nightlife. There is a chance there will be noise from the local businesses past 10pm. There are white noise machines in bedrooms for light sleepers. We have now included a flat rate parking fee into the listing. This means you will have one designated parking space for the length of your stay. The management fee seen in the price breakdown is the parking fee.
