Your happy place: Heart of Montrose & Upper Kirby

The space Welcome to your happy place! Our sweet and cozy casita is through the gate in the backyard. You’ll enter a large backyard (sometimes shared with us or other guests staying in main house) with plenty of places for you to kick back and enjoy the weather with the shade of a 100 year old beautiful bald cypress. Then head to your private home (up one flight of stairs) and let your worries drift away. Your home is complete with living room, full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave), bedroom (with a queen size bed described as “sleeping on clouds” and bathroom. Note: there is no washer / dryer in unit. Guest access Your home is in the heart of Upper Kirby and Montrose, which offers you the best of both. You’re walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. Uber is readily available and US-59/69 is a few blocks away to get you to Minute Maid park or NRG stadium in minutes. Museums, Theaters, Rice University and Medical Center are within easy reach. Plenty of parking on the street and possible use of shared driveway (please inquire).
