Welcome all! The space Scandinavian beachy with a modern twist. All 934 sq. ft. have been cared for and brought back to life in the past several years to reveal a stunningly cozy and well thought out space. The kitchen is completely new and includes a large drop in, extra deep sink & dining room combo. All must have and sought after utensils and items. As with the living room, the bedrooms are cohesive, pleasing & practical in materials and furniture. There are three TV's, two in the upstairs rooms & one in the living room signed in with Disney Plus, Discovery Plus, Netflix, Hulu, Paramount Plus amongst a plethora of additional options. Beds in each room are queen with fresh white linens and bedside charging ports. Dining for four, optional two folding chairs for additional seating. Laundry room with washer, dryer and metal shelving pantry. Bathroom features a tub & shower combo and updates throughout. Two porches/patios, one front and one back with adjacent hot tub. Fully fenced in yard & partial lake views compliment the design @ The Wellington. Guest access Parking for every guest, the oversized garage always allows the toys to come along i.e. jet skis, snowmobiles, motorcycle, bikes, etc! Other things to note Albeit original Cape Cod design charm, the ceilings in the upstairs are angled on the sides and only 6.5 feet in the center flat area. If guests are tall we may recommend sleeping downstairs or consider other options. Dogs, maximum of two are allowed however cats are kindly asked to remain home.
