In our opinion, its worth the drive to be in a safe location. We are less than 2 miles from GPSTC. The space 12X14 spacious bedroom with queen size mattress. Bathroom is next to room, and you will be the only one using it. Guest access Guest will enter through the front doors of the house. Driveway is a well maintained gravel drive.
