The space Welcome to Dolphin Breeze, our beautifully remodeled 3rd-floor condo offering captivating ocean views from both the living area and the main bedroom. Located on Seawall Blvd overlooking stunning Babe’s Beach, this inviting retreat is perfect for families and friends looking for a relaxing and memorable coastal getaway. Our condo has been recently renovated with brand-new flooring, a bright open-concept kitchen featuring a full-size stove, and a modern walk-in shower for added comfort. We also added a stylish built-in bunk bed (navy finish) that’s perfect for kids and adds a fun, custom touch to the space. With 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms across 725 sqft, the condo features queen beds in the first and second bedrooms, the custom built-in bunk bed in the third bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped, including a Keurig coffee machine so you can enjoy your favorite brew while soaking in the seaside atmosphere. Nestled within the historic Victorian resort, you’ll have access to two pools (one heated) and two hot tubs, all conveniently located under the building. Parking is available right beneath the building for your convenience. This fee grants you access to a variety of amenities designed for your comfort and enjoyment, including: *Covered parking for up to two vehicles (subject to availability) *Two swimming pools and two hot tubs for relaxation *A lighted tennis court for some active fun *A fully-equipped fitness center *BBQ and picnic areas with a pavilion for outdoor dining *Onsite laundry rooms that accept credit cards Please note, pets are not allowed at the resort, and the entire unit is yours to enjoy, with the exception of housekeeping and owner's closets.
