The space Welcome to our delightful 3rd-floor condo, where you can enjoy captivating ocean views from both the living area and the main bedroom. "Dolphin Breeze" is ideally located on Seawall Blvd, offering an incredible vantage point overlooking the stunning Babe's Beach. With 3 inviting bedrooms and 2 full baths, our condo is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, making it easy to enjoy your favorite brew as you take in the seaside atmosphere. Nestled within the historic Victorian resort, you'll have access to two heated pools and two hot tubs, all located conveniently under the building. Parking is available right beneath the building, and we have two elevators : one at the front and another at the back of the building Our condo offers 725 sqft of cozy living space, featuring a queen bed in first and second bedroom, a fun bunk bed with three twin beds in the smaller bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. We encourage you to consider the space and sleeping arrangements to ensure everyone in your group will be comfortable. Please note that due to the proximity to the ocean, mechanical and electrical structures, such as elevators, may undergo maintenance. Guest access To ensure you have the best experience, there’s a $35 resort fee per reservation, payable by credit card directly at check-in.
