With room to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, these spacious homes are ideal for multiple families or a group of friends eager The space There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and bunk bed. Both bedrooms are on the lower level and each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The master bathroom has a large 3-head shower and laundry connected. The half bath is located on the main level. The other 2 beds are fold out couches in the upstairs living room and the downstairs den. There is a XXL dock that is shared with both sides of the duplex. Parking a boat is permitted with prior approval and at your own risk
