Heavenly Mountain Home in Catskills Ski Region

Bring the family to this spacious house for 4 season fun. This is the perfect base camp for hiking, swimming, tennis, fishing, skiing, antiquing, relaxing, and/or working remotely. The Catskills most renowned outdoor activities are just outside the doorstep. Ski at nearby Bellayre, Hunter, Plattekill and Windham. The space The house is three floors. Two bedrooms on top and one on the main floor. One of the six beds is a queen size sofa bed located in the living room. There are two decks from which you can enjoy the views of nature and the mountains. There is also a pingpong table located in the rec room on the basement level. Guest access You will need a car to travel the area. There is free parking conveniently located on the road in front of the townhouse. Other things to note Only dogs permitted. In additional to the pet (dog) fee, an additional pet security deposit of $400.00 is required and a separate pet waiver. Rentals for less than 2 weeks are prohibited. We stay in the house next door and will be your neighbors:) There is a utility area in the rear basement level that we use as an owner’s storage area that we will need to access from time to time to maintain the homes. You are free to store items of your own in this area. Guests provide their own fireplace appropriate wood and kindling that can be purchased at nearby gas stations and other vendors for larger orders Guests are also responsible for refilling the propane tank for the grill. Please do not leave it empty for the following guest.
