You will not share any spaces with or run into hosts unless you request help with something, though you may occasionally hear our energetic kittens zooming overhead for a minute. They are *never* allowed in the Bnb. We thoroughly vacuum prior to guests checking in and run air purifiers 24/7 throughout the house and our allergic friends staying over have never had a reaction. This space has a private bathroom with a shower, a dedicated desktop work area, queen-sized bed, living room area, and coffee buffet table with a Keurig, an electric kettle, and essential utensils. There is a large mini fridge with a freezer to store your leftovers and beverages. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, a hair dryer, makeup wipes, and more are provided in the bathroom. The living room space features a plush chesterfield couch, large coffee table, and Apple TV with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and more. There's a Nintendo Wii plugged in and an Xbox One preloaded with classics (Spyro, Crash, Castle Crashers) if you're feeling nostalgic. At your service is an Amazon Echo ready to play music (e.g. "Alexa, play party rock") or dim, turn on/off, and change the color of the lights to create a mood. If Alexa is asleep on the job, a courtesy iPad tablet is available to control the lights. Light switches are all labeled too if you prefer to keep it simple . Guest access You’ll have a private entrance to the BnB and access to the entire English basement (except for blocked off storage space) as well as the deck space and use of the patio furniture and umbrella.
