Designed and furnished with you and your loved ones in mind to make sure your stay is comfortable and safe, where long lasting memories will be created and treasured for years to come! The space Our home is perfectly situated at the highly desired Windsor Palms Resort in Kissimmee, FL - a resort style, 24 hour security/gated community with fabulous amenities including pool, tiki bar, gym, movie theater, basketball/tennis court, playground and many more. We are not only just a short 5-mile drive to the Walt Disney World, but are also in close proximity to a great variety of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets (2.6 miles to Super Walmart and 3.9 miles to Publix). Our unit offers an amazing open floor plan, and naturally brightened by the gorgeous Floridian sun. This premium lot unit is situated at the perfect location on the block, offering the ideal and breathtaking open view of the meadow from your own private screened-in pool deck. Our guests enjoy full access FREE to all of Windsor Palms' amenities, including outdoor community pool, hot tub, clubhouse, fitness center, arcade/game room, tennis/basketball/volleyball court, ping pong, playground, splash pad, and movie theater. A convenient store, tiki bar and restaurant are also onsite for your convenience. Complementary Starter Kit: For our guests' convenience, each accommodation includes an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry/dishwasher pods to help our guests settle in. Due to personal preferences and allergy concerns, toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, skin care products...etc. are not provided. We try our best to stock/equip our kitchen based on popular demands, but please stop by the nearest supermarket (Super Walmart is a quick 5 minute drive) to gather any additional household/personal hygienic items you may need for the duration of your stay. Housekeeping: Kindly keep in mind that this vacation home is self-maintained/catered, and that daily housekeeping services is not provided. The house will be professionally cleaned/sanitized prior to each check-in, and it is the guests responsibility to maintain the property during the stay. Food: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen/pantry closets, therefore all food items will be removed after each check-out, and no supplies of such items will be provided.
