Inside you will find 2 spacious bedrooms, a full kitchen, and 2 living areas including an all season Florida room which is the perfect place to relax and watch the birds and boats pass. Matlacha island is like no other with colorfully decorated shops and restaurants. Free parking - boat dockage - kayaks provided. The home is located half a mile from the center of Matlacha, you can easily walk bike or drive. There is a private driveway that can accommodate 1 car. There is a large dock where you may tie up your boat. Host is local and available for requests and questions. There is a property manager as well who is available daily for any issues. Our maintenance person may be present to take out garbage and water plants. This home is a duplex, each side has its own driveway and private entrance. The yard, dock, and propane grill is shared. The porches and all indoor areas are private. There is a step down dock perfect for kayaks (2 kayaks provided). Use of the boat lift is not allowed.
