Ideally located near restaurants, stores, and 30 miles from Auburn! Our home offers a peaceful and relaxing place to escape. This ideal setting is nestled in a private no wake slough close to Chimney Rock , hiking trails, and Chuck’s Marina. Owners are onsite and willing to provide help or stay out of the way. The space Huge main living area that is open to the kitchen and dining. Beautiful windows that bring the outdoors in! A king bedroom is on the main floor with a large attached bath, closet, and laundry room. The upper level contains a second king bedroom with an attached bath and two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with two full beds) that share a hall bath. There is also a large deck to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening dinner with access to a gas grill. Just a flight down the stairs and you are on the covered dock with seating and a quiet place to swim or just hang out. ***Please note - the lake drops 7 feet in the winter months. Water at the dock may or may not be suitable for a boat between October and March. Guest access There are two units in this house. The lower level and deck will not be available for use during the stay. Other things to note Owners do live on property. We will be available if needed, but otherwise will stay out of your way.
