Confortoble room - few minutes from Manhattan!

Confortable, clean and cozy bedroom near all restaurants, bars, supermarket and subway! Only 10 minutes to Manhattan! The space Hey there -WELCOME TO MY PLACE- I live in Astoria - New York -l like to travel! And l know how important is to stay in a clean and confortable place and enjoy and have a good time traveling! I wanna offer the same to my guests! - my 2 bedrooms apartment is very comfortable,clean and cozy.The bedroom has space enough for two guests. A confortable full sized bed, with fresh towels and bed set, clean room with tv, air conditioning, heating and space for luguages and a closet, good for couples or a single person.You will be able to use the kitchen, bathroom, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc... I keep the apart clean and organized. I am at the 4th floor and no elevator,a good exercise for your legs ;-). The place is located on the heart of Astoria, Queens- a lot of restaurants(Greek,Brazilian,Thai,Japaneses,American...) lounges,pubs,bars...and many commercial stores -24 hours pharmacy and supermerket... Victoria Secret, Express,Gap at Steinway ave. I am between 2 subways stations, five minutes walking to my apart.. The W or N train can be in Manhattan in 15-20 minutes.Times Square and Central Park in 15/20 min.The 34 str and 28 ave where I am, is very clean and quite,and one block from me is 30 ave, with a lot of shopping,food options.I am 15 min driving from LaGuardia airport and 30 min from JFK airport.I wish you a good stay at my place..Coffee or tea?, help yourself!!.Peace!!!
