The cottage is ADULTS ONLY and perfect for a couple. Stoke the fireplace and stay warm indoors on cold Kawartha nights. Access the snowmobile trails from the front door as well as numerous lovely wooded cross country skiing and snow shoeing trails. A truly magical place to unwind and relax The space This cozy cottage is situated on the banks of Burnt River down a winding tree canopied (fully serviced) road. Resort towns of Fenelon Falls and Bobcaygeon are located within 20 minutes and offer 5 star dining and fantastic shopping (ahem..Bigleys anyone?). Within 2 hours of downtown Toronto! Decorated with items we have personally acquired on our travels.! Keep cozy and warm by the woodstove and listen to the crackle of the fire. The backyard space has been recently updated with privacy fences and interlock so you will be able to enjoy this charming property in complete privacy (minus the cows that look on from across the river) There is a free night lit outdoor skating rink a 5 minute walk from the cottage so bring your skates! The famous Victoria Rail Trail is a quick walk from the cottage where you will enter an extensive, snow covered and wooded matrix full of all winters wonders. You can literally ski or snowshoe from the front door of the cottage to the trail head. String lights hung around the perimeter of the backyard space create an beautiful ambiance for having a bon fire overlooking the river below. Muskoka chairs are provided to enjoy the view and the fire.
