The living room has blue furniture with a sleeper sofa and beautiful starfish accent rug and a flatscreen television. Step through the sliding glass doors to a private balcony and watch the boats go by on the Intracoastal Waterway. There are two king suites and an additional bedroom with a queen-sized bed in this condo. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances and overlooks a large dining room table. Located in the premier Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach, Barefoot North Tower provides exceptional waterfront accommodations just minutes from the beach. Directly across the Intracoastal Waterway from the famous shopping and dining of Barefoot Landing, the North Tower at Barefoot offers fantastic views of the waterfront and Barefoot Marina. The amenities rival 5-star tropical destinations around the world, as it is home to the largest outdoor pool in South Carolina! A large hot tub, courtyard, and beach volleyball area are also on the premises. Barefoot Resort is home to 4 Championship golf courses and a lighted driving range with an onsite pub and grill. Check-In at the Condo-World office (311 17th Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582), not your rental property. A valid ID of the Reservation Holder or another Responsible Party on the reservation is required at Check-In. Unless Pre-registered, an imprint of the credit card is made at Check-In to secure all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes for your use during your stay. Nothing is charged onto the card unless something is not returned at Check-Out. For any arrivals after business hours, please follow late arrival instructions that are provided on your reservation confirmation. For bookings made less than 5 days from arrival date, the Reservation Holder must check-in during business hours at the Condo-World office. Check-Out is before 10 am on your date of departure. Please take out any trash, remove food from refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and lock the front door of the rental unit. Bring all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes back to our office and drop them in the drop box located underneath the covered parking area at the rear of our building. ______________________________ DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS, STARTER SUPPLIES For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are included in our rates, and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. A starter set of supplies, including paper products, can liners, and soap, is included with each rental. Please plan to bring additional supplies for the duration of your stay. ______________________________ BUILDING AMENITIES Condo-World is not responsible for any building amenities. The building amenities are provided and serviced by a separate HOA or management company. There will be no refunds issued for any loss of use of building amenities during your stay.
