We are walking distance, 1/2 mile to the Gaylord Conference Center parking garage, minutes from DFW airport, a block from Grapevine Lake/Katy's Woods with a boat ram, short drive or longer walk to historical Main Street, a short drive to Grapevine Mills Mall. Grapevine is halfway between Downtown Dallas and Downtown Fort Worth. Downtown Grapevine is a great place to shop and dine! We love our town and know you will too! The space 1 bedroom, full bath and living area with a “kitchenette", with small fridge, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker. We do not share any of the space with our guests. You have the space all to yourself and is completely private. Super comfortable queen bed and Smart TVs with Roku, Hulu and Sling tv in each room. There is a desk for business travelers. Of course, there is high speed internet. A sound machine is provided for relaxation with ocean waves, white noise, rain, etc. Private entrance with key-pad for self check-in. Sit on our covered porch and enjoy life in our quiet neighborhood and watch the cardinals feed from our feeder. Electric outside grill. Guest access The Airbnb consists of the kitchenette (coffee bar, small fridge with freezer, microwave), 1 Bedroom, 1 living area, private Bathroom, and Front Covered Porch with Rocking chairs. The guests will not have access to any of the main house where we live which is divided by a wall from the Airbnb space, for a completely private experience. No one will be sharing any part of the Airbnb space. Other things to note Check out Grapevine's historical Main Street and find great places to shop and dine. Grapevine is the Christmas Capitol of Texas! There are several wineries and a brewery in town, as well. Grapevine Mills Mall is just a few miles away.
