Luxury Room/Private Bath, near Giants Stadium DTSF

Our place is a cozy haven in downtown SF, perfect for Giants fans, only 0.3 miles from the stadium. After a day of business or pleasure, enjoy our modern, private living space with a private bathroom and chic interior. Unlike other SF stays, street parking is available (see below for resident guest parking permit). Nearby attractions include Oracle Park, bars, nightclubs, SF Museum of Modern Art, Moscone Center, Salesforce Park, and Westfield Mall/Union Square. The space Your Room: Enjoy a luxury memory-foam king bed with soft bedding, multiple pillows, a dedicated workspace with a desk and lamp, and secure private keycode entry. Entertainment: Relax with a 43” HD Smart TV with Chromecast, plus complimentary access to Amazon Prime Video and Disney+. You may also use your own streaming accounts. Bathroom: Your private bathroom is attached to the bedroom and features a spacious glass-enclosed shower with a large showerhead and shower wand, a sink, toilet, storage, and a lighted mirror. Kitchen & Shared Spaces: I live in this residential unit during your stay. Guests and I share the kitchen, dining area, and other common spaces. You are welcome to enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar with a 50” TV, complimentary coffee and tea, and the home’s heating and air conditioning. The kitchen also offers partial views of the Salesforce Tower and surrounding skyline. Noise & Quiet Hours: Since the Bay Bridge (I-80) is nearby, some traffic noise may be noticeable. We provide foam earplugs and a white noise machine for guests who are sensitive to sound. Please help us respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Washer & Dryer: A modern washer and dryer are available for guest use between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Guest access Feel free to lounge around in our living room that includes a 50” tv , perfect for streaming movies. The kitchen can be used at your convenience as there is a lot of room to cook. Check in can occur at 3 PM at the earliest (accommodation may be available upon request). As an added plus, we would like to offer an option to drop off of any luggage items before this time in our storage space for your convenience. Additionally, if you want to leave your luggage until after the 11 AM checkout time, feel free to leave it in the storage space until you need to go. Parking: parking is not an issue at this location as there are an abundant amount of spaces, which is perfect for loading/unloading, quick errands, and down time. Do take note that the limit is one hour of street parking. Overnight paid parking lots are just a couple blocks away. For our guests’ convenience we personally want to offer a guest street parking permit that will allow you to parking freely on the street without limits. This is also on a first come first serve basis so if you are interested please message me for additional details and pricing. This applies to all parking: Please note that car break-ins are very common all throughout SF. To limit car break-ins please remember to remove all valuables and leave nothing in the car that is visible. We will not be reliable for any damages or anything that happens to your car During your stay We want our guests to feel welcome while also respecting everyone’s privacy. I will give you your own comfortable space to relax and enjoy your stay. I work as a full-time driver with a flexible schedule, so I may be coming in and out of the home during your stay. I’m always available if you need any help or have questions.
