Fall special! Bedroom/ loft, hot tub, SLC area

This listing is for the upper level guest room with an adjacent living room/loft area (both with flat screen TVs / Roku and mini-fridge). You are welcome to use our fully stocked kitchen, living room and laundry facility. Patio has an outdoor dining area and hot tub available. Easy freeway access, and close to restaurants, parks, walking and biking trails. (Non-smokers only, please!) If you need another room, see our other listing (same house): "Private bedroom and hot tub- Spring special!" The space The bedroom and loft areas upstairs are for your private use. We need to use the same stairwell to access the hosts' master bedroom, but you are welcome to shield the entrance to the loft area with a movable privacy screen/divider for additional privacy. All other guest use areas (living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, patio with outdoor dining area and hot tub) are located in the main level of the residence. The bathroom may be private if you are the only booked guests in the property. In addition, there's a additional bathroom in the basement for emergencies (fully functional, but under renovation at the time). The backyard areas can be made completely private by closing off side awnings. Let us know if you are interested in this so we can close off the yard for you before your arrival. Guest access Free parking is available on the street, or on the RV pad to the right side of the garage. The house is 4 minutes away from access to the main freeways in the Salt Lake Valley. The home is located within walking distance (about a mile) from restaurants, bars, and shops. Local bus and commuter train routes (including park-and-ride shuttles to the ski resorts) are available at RideUTA.com. Lyft and Uber both operate in the SLC area. During your stay We live in the property and are available to answer questions when needed. if we're not in the property, feel free to text us through the Airbnb app. Other things to note This is a great, central location for anything you want to do in the Salt Lake Valley. 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown, and 30 minutes from popular ski resorts. **NOTE: We may be able do same or next-day bookings (if requested by 8 pm before check-in date.
