This immaculate efficiency apartment is geared towards quiet students, professionals, or slow travelers looking to call the Winchester area home for a bit. Located in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from the Winchester Medical Center and Shenandoah University, this space provides a fully furnished apartment which is part of our single family home. Privacy is ensured with your own entrance and sound mitigation barriers. The space One bedroom with a full sized bed. Private full on-suite bathroom features a vanity. You will have a private entrance with keyless entry to your space. The kitchenette has many appliances including a microwave, slow cooker, toaster/air fry oven, hot plate, Keurig and drip coffee, full size sink with disposal, but it does not have a range type oven or dishwasher. Guest access Street parking for one car is free and ample. While the neighborhood is very walkable with a bike trail and sidewalks, a car is best for this area's shopping and amenities. Area: Winchester Medical Center : 7 miles/ 13 min, Shenandoah University : 6 miles / 12 min. Dulles International Airport : 39 miles Shenandoah National Park : 16 miles Other things to note While we have a fairly quiet household and no children or pets, you will hear us occasionally as this apartment is attached/part of our home. Occasionally our family will visit and that will create more temporary noise. My husband will occasionally be in his little wood shop which can make some machine noise. We have installed sound mitigation materials to reduce this as much as possible. Again, we have done everything we can to make this space as private and comfortable as possible. Also, while we have no cameras on the apartment side of the home, we do have them on the outside of the front and back of the home. Parking for one car is on the street in front of our home. We ask that you pull up to the utility box at the corner of our lot.
