Walking distance to Fountain Lake, gym, splash pad, bars, restaurants, and parks. Immediately next door to the Performing Arts Center. High ceilings and ordinal brick walls give the space extra character. Windows look out over Broadway and provide a lake view. Walking distance to most necessities and Mayo Clinic Albert Lea campus. Parking is provided in a municipal lot (uncovered). Hosts provide personal cell number and have an excellent response rate. We won’t leave you in limbo, we will respond in a reasonable timeframe based on need. Lightbulb out? Be there soon. Immediate problem? Immediate response. This home is located in the historic downtown district. There is a wonderful Mexican Market next door (food truck in rear of building a couple times per week); locally famous pizza place 20 yards out the back door, American Legion directly across the street, casual fun dining/bar one block away, fine dining one block away, shopping all around and more! Most of what you need for comfort is available within a 2 min drive or via delivery. All your entertainment needs are within walking distance. Parking is ample but uncovered/unenclosed (we know, not conducive to the 2020’s but since the building was built when horse travel was a ‘thing’ we will give it a pass). The main level of this building (under this unit) is occupied by professional business renters with regular business hours. Excessive noise during business hours will not be permitted… but luckily, this means evening noises won’t be bothersome to anyone in the building! Community parades and festivals occur right outside the window and may be enjoyed easily / but also may cause noise.
