Located in a very private setting tucked in the woods. 5 min walk across the Road to Sandy Pt Beach. Sandy Point Beach hugs the shoreline where the Penobscot Bay and Penobscot River meet. This house is also centrally located within short drive distances to Belfast, Bucksport, and Searsport. Also within a hours drive to Bangor, Camden, Rockport, Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park The space Guests can enjoy all space within the home and large yard and wooded area. Guest access All interior and exterior areas Other things to note Outdoor furniture, grill and fire pit accessible only during Spring, Summer, and Fall Months. Firewood for outdoor fire pit not provided, however firewood can be purchased at many nearby grocery stores, hardware stores, and same private roadside stands. 3 Total Window AC units - 1 located on each floor of the house. Units in placing in Months July through September Longer than 27 night rentals are welcome, however a long term rental Contract will need to be signed Early check in or late check out requests may be accommodated with a $100 additional fee
