Tucked in the foothills of the Wasatch front, this recently renovated home is located 5 minute drive to BYU Campus and a 25 minute drive to Sundance Ski Resort. Whether you're in Utah for family fun, touring Utah's universities, or looking to ski the many world-famous resorts, this is the perfect home for your Utah trip! This home is equipped with everything you need: private parking, private entrance, full kitchen, three full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, and hot-tub. The space A tasteful and fun remodeled home with two brand new bathrooms and one remodeled. The primary bedroom is an en-suite. While the bedrooms aren’t large they are incredibly cozy and comfortable. The upstairs has its original wood floors that have been re-finished. You’ll love the bungalow feel of this home that was originally built in the 50s. The basement has a very large couch for watching movies together and there’s a bumper pool/card/game table for lots of family fun. We like to use the house when we’re in Utah and have included everything we enjoy in a vacation home. There’s also a large deck, with built in hot tub and backyard that can be enjoyed by all. This is not a brand new home! It has been remodeled from top to bottom, but the upstairs floors creak a little bit and it has some love marks from many years of use. If you’re looking for a brand new home this is not your place. BUT if you’re looking for a place with real character and in an excellent location we’re sure you’ll love our space.
