Comfortable, 3-bedroom home on a quiet cul-de-sac

Welcome to a home away from home, conveniently located in the "backyard" of Omaha! All of our guests have full access to the entire home, located on a large corner lot in a quiet cul-de-sac. Less than 30 minutes from downtown (think Omaha Zoo, Century Link Center, etc.). Less than 20 minutes from I-80 and popular Omaha neighborhoods like Aksarben Village, and Midtown Crossing are only 15-20 minutes away. Only blocks away from some of the best restaurants around as well! The space This home is unique because it is specially set up for short term rentals in mind. Games, books, toys, dishes, linens, the list goes on and on! We have all new furniture, as well! If you need it , we most likely have it for you. And if we don't, just ask! We want to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and backyard. This includes a backyard fire-pit, grill, along with two cable televisions. Other things to note This home has an electric heating/cooling system, controlled by a thermostat. If there is ever a question with how the heat works, please contact us and we can help you out. You will find that it is comfortable because heat can be regulated for personal preference. There is also a fireplace that can be used if you want to make it even more cozy! Appliances include microwave, toaster, cook stove with double ovens, dishwasher, and keurig, along with a blender. I also just purchased (December, 2024) a new queen size bed for the master bedroom.
