Boho Basement Apartment with Hot Tub

Our apartment has a large new kitchen complete with gas stove, dishwasher and coffee bar, and the open dining and living space are great for relaxing, watching Netflix, or sleeping on the queen pullout couch. Separate drive and private entrance make it convenient. Shared fenced in back yard and hot tub area accessible. Dog friendly! Please note the exposed ceilings- as we are a family of 4 + two dogs, it can certainly get loud! The space 15 minutes or less to everything! Downtown Birmingham, Homewood festivities, Pelham, and more! Located just around the corner from the main highway making travel convenient. Other things to note Please know that we have two dogs (Australian Shepherds), a toddler, and an infant living upstairs. The basement apartment has exposed floor joints and minimum sound barrier-it is likely that footsteps and occasional barking/noise will be heard. While we do our best to keep the dogs quiet (and the children), please understand that there WILL be sounds transferred to your space. The home is also professionally treated for house pests such as palmetto bugs and small house spiders, and the basement is cleaned almost daily (as guests often book for one night). Despite our best efforts, there may still be bugs that sneak into the space. Trust us, we aren't fans either, but it is a reality of living in the south. Thank you for your understanding!
