Fully equipped/private studio located at Kern Place... the iconic neighborhood full of unique houses, clean/safe streets, the lovely Madeline park, scenic views and overall charming atmosphere. Take a short walk to the socially vibrant Cincinnati Avenue, full of nice bars and distinctive restaurants. Also within a walking distance: University of Texas at El Paso, Providence and Las Palmas Hospitals. Easy I-10 and downtown access. Entire studio and a nice private patio are available for our guests. The studio and its own private patio. We like to give guests their space so they can enjoy their stay but we are always available if needed through message or call. Kern Place is a peaceful, clean, and unique neighborhood. Uber works well in the city. There is a private parking space in the alley, or in the street in front of the main house.
