Newly renovated studio in the heart of Mammoth. Cozy mountain-condo style with warm wood finishes throughout. Full kitchen, and sleeps 4. Bright south-facing unit on the ground floor. WiFi and smart TV to keep you occupied when you're not on the mountain. Close to skiing, bus lines, dining and shopping. Guest access Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. There is a keypad on the front door for easy access. You may self check in 24 hours a day. We simply ask that you please keep the noise down if you arrive late as a courtesy to the other residents of the building. Guests have access to the entire unit. You will also have access to our condominium complex common areas which includes the pool, hot tubs, sauna, BBQ and laundry facilities. The pool and BBQs are only available during the summer. Other things to note IMPORTANT PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING In the event that the snow threatens to break our sliding glass doors, the HOA will install plywood panels over the patio. Please be aware that this unit is on the first floor and the view may be potentially blocked over the winter. No Smoking, including on the patio. $500 damage deposit. This is a STUDIO, not a one bedroom. It has a small hot water heater. It is best for couples or for a couple with up to two children. While the condo sleeps 4 people comfortably, it is still a studio and may not be best for 4 adults. Tioga Pass (Hwy 120), which is the road into Yosemite from the east, is closed during the winter and into spring. It generally opens in late-May or June and one can’t access Yosemite directly until it is open for the season. They don’t set a date for the opening because they don’t know in advance how long it will take to clear the road of snow and debris. There is an initial supply of toiletry items provided, extra towels and supplies are available for a fee or there is a grocery store in town.
