Our suite has a view of Lake Peachtree and is located in the heart of PTC. Our unit includes a queen bed, sofa bed (for groups of 3+), kitchenette, dining space and a full bathroom with a beautiful clawfoot tub. A great place to stay for business or pleasure. Family (baby/toddler/kid) Friendly. Explore nearby cart paths, walking trails and shopping that are all accessible 5 minutes or less by car/golf cart. Ask about renting our golf cart to really experience the charm of PTC! The space Our large studio unit is charming, clean, and has a beautiful view. You will love our location as we are in the heart of Peachtree City. I strongly believe our suite is the best place to stay in PTC as no hotel or other Airbnb has a view of the Lake… or as great of a location! Our suite has a fully functional kitchenette with dining table, coffee maker, and necessary amenities. Soak in the claw foot tub and get ready in our quaint bathroom. The Queen bed is comfortable with fresh sheets and a memory foam mattress. The couch bed converts into a full with a plush pad for larger groups (3-4). Enjoy Disney+ and Amazon Prime on us. Relax on our Southern style porch and enjoy the scenery. Upon request I can provide a pack-n-play and high chair for your little traveler. Please note: Absolutely NO SMOKING in or on our property. VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND. If butts are found in the Airbnb OR if a cigarette smell is left in the Airbnb an additional $100+ cleaning fee will be charged. (Please consider this if you are a heavy smoker before booking.. it takes me 2 full days to get the smell out which means I cannot host other guests- if these lingering smells cause me to be unable to host a future guest you will be charged an additional amount on top of the $100 additional cleaning fee. We share the same a/c and heating unit and these smells are harmful to my family and difficult to remove for future guests) Thank you. Guest access Please park on the street next to our driveway (on Azalea Drive). To access your suite please walk up our driveway, go across our front porch, and enter the unit on the private guest porch with keyless entry to your private unit. I will personally message you your key code to enter the unit a day before your visit. [Note: PTC is called “the bubble” because of how safe it is. The police station is less than a mile away. We live in a wonderful area/neighborhood] Other things to note PLEASE REVIEW ALL HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING I am a SAHM with three young children. You may hear my girls during the day as they play and enjoy their day. On weekdays, my oldest two girls leave for school around 7am. This leaves myself, my youngest, and often my husband who works from home in our house during the day. The girls will be in bed by 8pm. Your suite was an addition to this home. There is an exterior brick wall separating your unit from our home. A sound machine is also provided. There is no living space above your unit so you will not have to worry about hearing footsteps from up above. Please make yourself at home during your stay! Our bedrooms are located on the second story so you never have to worry about waking anyone up. Turn your TV up, chat, talk on your phone… noise is welcome! No interior noise curfew for you, our guest 😊
