You may hear footsteps, voices, water from bathrooms above you or a humming from mechanical equipment in the bordering garage. -There is a garage on the suite floor that guests will not have access to. -There are smart smoke and carbon detectors installed in the unit. They do no record sound or video. -This home has a Minut sensor to monitor noise, temperature, and humidity—no cameras or recordings. It helps ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone. -There is a motion sensitive camera outside pointing at the alleyway. It can record sound. -This suite is part of a house with a family living upstairs. It’s usually quiet, but you may hear occasional sounds from above.
