Hike to Colby park in neighboring Cassadaga or enjoy fishing at Lake Helen’s namesake lake. Parking for 3 vehicles and space for a trailer as well. Bring a bicycle or hike on foot for the best experience this small town has to offer. Spend Saturday at the equestrian center for a horse show or visit the market in the park next door. Be sure to stop by Papa’s pizza for some delicious local pizza and subs! 3 parking spots are available on property. Walk, bike or drive locally, public transport is not available. -There are Ring Cameras on the property. One ring doorbell and one on the front right side of the house pointed toward parking/side yard. They are recording 24/7. - AC restrictions in Florida: The thermostat is limited in it’s performance. It cannot be set to below 68° for an extended period of time or the unit will freeze and stop working completely. If you would like to have AC for your whole stay we recommend keeping the range between 70-80° for best operation of the unit. House Rules: - No Smoking INSIDE - No Pets - No Parties or unauthorized guests.
