Short walk to restaurants, concerts and Ice Cream! The beach directly across the street. The space House will make you feel like home. Quiet, cozy, and warm. Full kitchen , great place to come , relax, and enjoy the family. Guest access House has three spaces for parking, gravel in the back yard and You will have entire upstairs unit with brand new backyard deck and access to separate laundry room/full bath and outdoor shower located on lower level. And four beach chairs with some beach toys. Other things to note Here at Cozy Cottage we are a home aimed at anyone looking to take a trip to the beach with family. We do not allow parties, pets, or smoking of any kind here to keep the house from getting any damage. This is our home away from home and we hope it can be yours as well for your stay! We keep the house as allergen-free as possible to accommodate people with allergies. We also keep the house very clean in order to make everyone’s stay here as nice as possible.
