There are two apartments that are rented on the platform. This is number 2. It is a quiet family residential area. We are 3 blocks from the Gran paeque Rio la Silla where you can enjoy even more the view of the majestic Cerro de la Silla. One kilometer away is the dome care of the exhibition and entrance # 10 of the Monterrey BBVA Rayados stadium, a few blocks from main avenues that in 10 minutes will take you to the Banorte Stadium, Fundidora Park, Cintermex, the Monterrey Arena and the beautiful Paseo Santa Lucia. Oxxos, Aurrerá and Soriana very close to the property. Guest access The apartment is attached to the property, with a separate entrance. The areas are designed for guest use only. Other things to note You can park in the garage but most people leave their car on the street outside the property. If you let me know that you're bringing your vehicle, I can arrange for you to have the space, as it's difficult to find a place in the area and there are two apartments.
