Below you will find the full description of the accommodation, what it includes, as well as the information notes to know to best organize your departure. The space ☀️ Marina comprising: * A fully equipped kitchen with: - Large fridge and freezer; - Stovetop; - Oven; - A microwave; - An electric oven; - A dishwasher; - A washing machine; - A toaster; - A "Tassimo" coffee machine; - Electric kettle; - A kitchen table with 6 chairs; * Living room: - A sofa bed (double 140 x 190); - Flat screen TV; * Available: - A vacuum cleaner; - An iron; - A clothes rack; - Hangers; * Two bedrooms upstairs: - 1st bedroom comprising: a double bed (140 x 190) with storage closet; - 2nd bedroom comprising: a bunk bed (two single beds/90 x 190) with a small dressing room; * Bathroom with shower; * A toilet; * A 56 m² enclosed courtyard including a garden and a terrace furnished with a wooden garden table, two sun loungers and a large stainless steel electric plancha; * Free parking next door. * Pets are allowed but are not allowed on the sofa and beds, you are responsible for any damage caused by your pets. * The security deposit: You don't have to give us a security deposit, as everything is taken care of with Airbnb if any problems occur. That's why we take photos (before/after) of each stay of our guests. Guest access 🏡 Parts of the property that are unusable: The entire property is usable. Other things to note 🏊‍♂️ Pool: (In summer) From May 15 to September 15. You have access to it thanks to the wristbands provided in the accommodation for free. (There are 6 wristbands). The outdoor jacuzzi on site is closed (December, January, February...) ☀️ The sauna is taking a winter break, we'll see you soon to sweat again! 🏋️‍♂️ Gym: The gym is taking a break for now! We'll see you soon in great shape. Thanks for understanding and see you soon! The pools and slides are also taking advantage of the winter — seasonal closure until the return of the sunny days! We apologize for any inconvenience. ---------------- ⚠️ In summer, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. ----------------- Regarding cleaning: The cleaning fee is not a license to leave a home in an unacceptable condition. A minimum of maintenance is expected from guests, especially if you are accompanied by animals.
