Ideal for 1-2 professionals working remotely or an ex-Brooklynite who appreciates a quiet street near the L & G trains. Local coffee shops, restaurants, bars and Bedford Avenue within walking distance. The space The apartment has an amazing private terrace with new outdoors furniture. Bedroom 1: queen-size beed. Bedroom 2: full-size bed and standup desk with ergonomic chair. Windows in each room give you lots of sun. Clean linens and towels provided. You’ll be able to control the AC/heater of each room but please note electricity included up to $150/month. Overages will be billed at cost through Airbnb. You can read more in "Other details to note" section. Guest access The apartment is a quiet and clean two-bedroom, one-bathroom. It's located on a walk up (2nd floor); which means there’s NO elevator but the stairs are pretty easy. The living area has high ceilings, a modern kitchen and updated appliances. It gets a ton of light from the amazing private terrace, which you'll get to enjoy. NO pets, parties or last minute guests in this apartment, sorry. - Laundry in building - Gym in building - Dishwasher - Have I mentioned the private terrace? Other things to note No parties or pets allowed. Electricity is included up to $150/month. Any usage above $150/month is billed at cost. I’ll share the utility bill each month and request payment for the overage through Airbnb. Please note you're highly encouraged to use the mini-splits (AC and heat units) responsibly.
