Right off the J-Z-M-train Hewes street station, only two stops in from the Williamsburg Bridge and aa 5 minute train ride to Manhattan. A 10 minute walk to the Lorimer stop on the L train. The space The place is our home. We live here for the majority of the year and we want to share with the right person or couple while we are away. It is a very clean, beautifully furnished 1BD apartment with a washer/dryer combo in the unit and a large furnished outdoor patio. The apartment has light all day long and has plenty of room for two people - you could comfortably fit a third on the couch. It has a full kitchen with a dishwasher and all utensils to prepare every meal. There is a work station between the kitchen and living room. The living room has a sofa with a coffee table and brand new smart TV that streamlines live TV, Apple TV, Netflix, amazon prime, etc. The bedroom has a very comfortable king bed, a tv, and a second workstation. Additionally, our place has a large private outdoor patio with a barbecue, seating, and a dining area. Guest access You will have the entire space for yourself. It is a private apartment with that will require a key to the building and a separate key to the apartment. Come and go as you please, just be respectful of our neighbors! There is plenty of street parking around the building but no designated parking space. Be sure to follow the street cleaning rules on the signs. There is an elevator that will take you to our floor. Other things to note No parties or gatherings of any kind. If we get a call from our neighbors about any loud noise (music, yelling, etc.) you will be removed immediately with no refund.
