This is brand new house . We have a water softener system to provide clean water for the whole house . Golf course behind my house and Sport Park near the community . a lot department store and commercial plaza around here just 5 minutes by driving. This community have 23 house only . very Quiet safety and beautiful View. The space This is single house ,the room on second floor, it’s master bedroom. The room have small personal refrigerator Guest access I do not provide a kitchen for guests to use . Provide drinking water purification service . Guests use the microwave and oven only. Guests have a refrigerator for personal use in the room. I don't provide a kitchen for guest use, only microwave and oven During your stay Please feel free to contact me during your stay No any pets are accepted Thank you Other things to note Guests enter & exit the house through garage side door.
